Front Office Receptionist/Medical Assistant
· Greet patients and complete check in and check out process; room patients as needed
· Schedule new patients, complete patient registrations
· Insurance verification (commercial, medicare, auto, workers comp)
· Collect copayments, post payments
· Answer phones, retrieve voicemails, answer messages
· Scan reports, file within EMR
· Maintain balanced and complete schedule for two providers
· Assist with Medical Assistant duties as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service, preferrably medical office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
- EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
