Job Summary:
Office Administration- The Fillmore
We have an opening for a part-time office administrator to support the Office Manager and General Manager in the venue office during the day.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer questions via phone and email
- Coordinating vendors and morning deliveries
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Assist all department heads on show days with tasks as needed
- Coordinate parking requests and any issues with garbage pick-up each morning
- Proof reading and assisting marketing as needed
- Handle incoming mail, filing and logging invoices
- Manage Key system
- Maintain storage areas
- Other job duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Punctual
- Good communicator
- Problem solver
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize and manage projects and stay organized
- Efficient in MS Office Programs
- Other duties as assigned
- Vaccination required
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Sit for extended periods of time at a desk. Ability to climb stairs and lift up to 30 pounds.
