Team Member/Front of House Job Description:

We are seeking fun, intelligent, outgoing, and high-energy and motivated individuals to join our team as Team Members! We are now hiring part-time with potential for full-time with hourly pay averages (base rate + tip) of $15.00/hr, along with a structured path for promotions. This is an entry-level opportunity with 1 year customer service experience preferred. You will need the motivation to learn and grow in a professional, HIGH VOLUME, fast paced, team-oriented environment!

Front of Houseis responsible for:

• greeting customers when guest enter and exit the restaurant,
• providing world-class guest service
• execute fast and accurate sushi burritos, bowls and nachos
• execute to go orders accurately and quickly
• maintain sanitation standards
• ability to clean store and wash dishes
• assist with opening/closing the store
• Makes fast, accurate and consistent sushi burritos and bowls
• Follows all portion sizes, recipes, and all systems and procedures
• Maintains cleanliness of the restaurant
• Execute systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity.
• Displays a positive growth mindset at work
• Performs other related duties as required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

*Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high volume environment *Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities *Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and moving about the unit the entire workday. *Open availability and flexibility is a must - ability to work a variety of shifts *If in a customer contact position, must be able to communicate, read and write the English language fluently and clearly.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $15.00 - $16.00/hour.
