Job description

The purpose of the Front Desk Representive is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, building a relationship, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. The Front Desk Representive also assists with retaining, providing exceptional customer service to current members, light cleaning and social media. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred but not required. This position is a part-time position that requires availability to work morning, evenings and weekends.
