Job Summary
A Front Desk Agent is responsible for checking in and checking out guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Check guests in and out of their rooms
- Answer any questions guests have
- Make recommendations for activities and restaurants
- Store any luggage guests have
- Answer the phone and direct the call
- Take reservations on the phone
- Arrange transportation for guests
- Maintain the record of guests that have checked in and out
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills

- Top-of-the-line organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Amazing time management skills
- Incredibly detail oriented
- Computer and typing skills
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
We are looking for a part-time person that can work 7am to 3pm a few days a week and someone that can work 3pm to 11pm either part-time or full-time. If you are unable to work at these times, do not apply.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS!
Hilton OnQ training is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
