The Tolovana Inn in Cannon Beach is looking for a detail oriented, personable, fun, energetic person who loves to work in customer to join our Front Desk Receptionist. We have competitive wages starting at $18.00 an hour DOE with monthly bonuses, daily bonuses, and a sign on bonus.

The ideal candidate is someone who is customer service oriented, willing to learn, has great attention to detail and is comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities are but no limited to:

• Checking guests into and out of their hotel room
• Process credit cards and cash payments
• Manage online, phone reservations and walk-ins
• Assist guests with their complaints and handle them in a professional and timely manner
• Provide information about Tolovana Inn and the surrounding area
• Maintain cleanliness & neatness of workspace
• Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time
• Work closely with our housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Perform dayend close

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
