We're looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Employee to provide great customer service to our hotel guests. Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns. Ideal candidates are excellent communicators with a positive attitude who can multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests
• Check guests in/out using the reservation system
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Respond to guest requests and complaints
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries and reservations
• Handle payment transactions
• Maintain accurate records
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance staff

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Physical Demands:

• Standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required.
