Job description
One who applies for this position must have the following:
- Experience in working at a physical therapy office (at least one year).
- Experience and knowledge with WebPT.
A front desk receptionist will have the following responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients. Make appointments and remind patients about their next appointment.
- Call insurance companies to see if authorization expired and if patient needs a new authorization.
- Always maintain a calm and collected manner in the office.
Experience with commercial insurance and personal injury cases is a plus. A Spanish speaking applicant is a plus.
Availabilities will be discussed during the interview process.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
