We are looking for a pleasant and welcoming person to be a receptionist here at our Tacoma chiropractic office location.

Schedule: 9am - 1pm, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This is a part time position with possibility for more hours in our other location if you are a good fit.

Tasks: Greeting patients, gathering paperwork and forms for new patients, filing paperwork, organizing, pulling, and preparing files, cleaning of the office during down time, opening the office for 9am opening time, conversing with patients and making them feel welcome, doing any paperwork or requests sent over from our second location in Gig Harbor.

Requirements: We do not require any previous office experience or education for this role; however, some office experience, customer service experience, or medical field experience would be preferred. Also highly preferred traits we are looking for include: good penmanship, organized/tidy, friendly and outgoing, punctual and diligent.

Pay: Starting pay starts at $17.00/hour. Depending on your performance, experience and length of employment, raises are common here with our business.
