Position Summary:
We are actively recruiting for a Front Desk Lead to join our growing team at Scott & Christie and Associates - Fox Chapel Office.

Responsibilities:
The Front Desk Lead is a liaison between the offices. Working as part of a team, the position greets patients as they enter the office, answers telephone’s, checks patients in and out, obtains patient demographic and insurance information, schedules patient appointments, and performs other administrative duties. The Front Desk Staff also serves as Optometric support for the Optometrist - loading exam rooms, checking vision, other minor components. Training will be provided. Mon-Sat with 2 evenings until 7 and Saturdays 8-1 as needed with rotating schedule.
