Job description

The everyday requirements of this position include all of the requirements of a front desk agent, includes making hotel reservations, registering hotel guests, processing payments, handling cash, answering the switchboard, being able to resolve issues that might occur, working alone and being able to multi-task all the time. We will train the right candidate on the computer software.

Responsibilities

Ensures guest satisfaction by providing courteous and efficient service; Responsible for the accurate registration, posting of charges, and check-out of guests; Adheres to specific Brand Standards as required

• Manage online and phone reservations
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities

• Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner

Skills

• Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
• Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor
• Customer service attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Degree in hotel management is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
