Hotel Equities, one of the top hotel development and management companies in the industry, is currently searching for a remarkable Front Desk Associate for the Courtyard by Marriott Greenville-Spartanburg Airport Hotel in Greenville,

Overall Responsibilities:

• Primarily scheduled for 2nd shift 3-11PM including weekends and holidays.
• Strong Attendance and reports to shifts in a timely manner.
• Multitasking skills and work well under pressure/rushes.
• Attend to guests' needs, including but not limited to, registration, checkout, and cashiering.
• Promptly respond to and solve guest complaints.
• Be friendly, accurate, thorough, and efficient in taking reservations, performing Check- ins, and Check-outs.

Requirements:

• Professional and ethical
• Excellent customer service skills
• Quick learner and hard worker
• Team players and ability to get along with others
• Fosse/Marsha/Marriott Brand experience strongly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
