POSITION REPORTS TO: VP, Operational Excellence

LOCATION: Bridgewater, New Jersey

POSITION SUMMARY: The Freight Audit Analyst will be responsible for ensuring approved freight and duty invoices are paid in a complete and timely manner. Ensure that data is flowing across the technical land scape and providing guidance and accountability when errors occur. Will provide regular reporting to leadership providing visibility to KPI’s and current performance. This role will also require troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process improvement analysis to optimize overall business process and simplification.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • This position will work closely with the Procurement, Logistics, Transportation, Finance and Technology teams
  • Leverage the analytics platform to oversee the Freight & Duty payments and provide insights
  • Coordinate with multiple departments in developing business requirements, testing, root cause analysis and support
  • Support the activities associated with continuous improvements of SAP and its ecosystem

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2 years corporate experience, preferably in Supply Chain, and experience in Consumer Goods or Apparel industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field is a plus
  • Experience working in an ERP system is required, SAP is a plus
  • Strong Excel skillset is required
  • Working with data & analytics tools
  • Proven analytical, critical thinking, data analysis, and troubleshooting skills
  • Solid customer focus, teamwork, innovation, creativity, and relationship building
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills
  • Creative approach to problem solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
