Align Credit Union, voted one of the top Credit Unions in Massachusetts for 2017 by the Boston Business Journal, is looking for individuals who enjoy working in a back office but member - focused environment while displaying a warm and friendly attitude on a daily basis. Potential candidates must also possess strong customer service, analytical and communication skills.

Role:
Analyzes Member account activity using a variety of software tools and daily reports to detect potentially suspected or fraudulent transactions. Takes appropriate actions with regard to accounts and member notification. Analyzes information to pursue the recovery of funds through a variety of means. Provides assistance to members and staff regarding loss prevention.

Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Review PSCU plastic daily reports and take the necessary steps to prevent losses and recover funds.
• Ensure chargebacks are processed through PSCU in a timely manner as outlined by VISA operating rules.
• Report losses to CUNA Mutual via their website.
• Review all VISA CAMS reports. Track any losses associated with the list.
• Review provisional credit to detect any member abuse.
• Review CUNA risk alerts.
• Balance Loss Prevention GLs and return deposit items.
• Working extended hours on Friday evenings until 6:30pm and Saturday mornings 9-12 on a rotating weekly basis.
