Job Description:

We are seeking a Maintenance Person to become a part of our team! As a Maintenance Person, it's your job to troubleshoot and repair hotel equipment, facilities, and systems including HVAC and electrical. The Maintenance Person also maintains the outdoor pool including but not limited cleanliness, condition of water measured in pH, Chlorine level, and Cyanuric Acid.

Other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Required Skills and Requisites:

Previous experience hotel maintenance, or other related fields

Strong organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to read instructions and reports fill out reports and logs on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis
