Job Summary:

Smith and Oby was recently acquired by private equity and the new FP&A position will work directly with local management and our PE leaders to meet our increased reporting requirements. This individual will oversee the organization’s financial planning efforts, provide insight into both corporate and segment level financial performance, and help to lead the implementation of new, creative technology solutions which help drive Smith and Oby to a data driven organization.

Job Duties:

• Develop and maintain detailed monthly budget and financial forecasts
• Develop and maintain a detailed 13-week cash flow forecast
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators related to the mechanical construction and service industry.
• Review and improve existing company reporting across all segments
• Participate in regular performance meetings with company leadership
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
