We are seeking an energetic, skilled Forklift Operator for our Penn Yan, NY location.
SHIFTS:
1st Shift: 7am - 7pm | $18.50 / hour
3rd Shift: 7pm - 7am - $18.50/hour + .50 shift differential - starting pay rate.
(this position is eligible for a $1.00/hour attendance incentive)
We operate 24 / 7, 7 days per week. This opportunity will require flexibility to work weekends and overtime.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with all supervisors regarding any quality or production issues
- Responsible for operating a fork lift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
- Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of forklift.
- Unload inbound shipments safely and move merchandise to to proper storage location.
- Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
- Ensure all transactions are scanned and recorded and accurately, to reflect a correct inventory position at any time. These include shipments, donations, product loss and damage.
- Ensures full compliance with all quality assurance standards, especially good housekeeping and overall cleanliness of products and work areas.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High School / GED required
- 2-3 years’ experience or equivalent employment.
- Specialized training in forklift operations.
