Job description
Pay Rate: $17.22 (forklift operators receive additional pay)
SHIFTS:
A/B Shift - 7am-7pm - 36 hours per week
C/D Shift - 7pm-7am - 36 hours per week/ additional $1.50 per hour
All shifts rotate weeks - 1st week, M, F, Sat / 2nd week Tue, W, Th
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The forklift driver is required to pick up racks of glass and other items and put them where they are required. They will also be required to learn how to operate the Rico. They need to know how to do a basic inventory. They need to be computer literate with familiarity with Strada and Microsoft Office. They need to have good communications skills for interfacing with other departments as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift experience required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Good attendance required.
- Team attitude.
- Proper attitude of keep one’s self safe and those around you.
- Read and comprehend the shipping list and order sheet.
- Operate the forklift controls.
- Operate hand switches and knobs.
- Operate the overhead crane while changing the battery.
- Use a pen/pencil to complete the documentation.
- Must be able to memorize the names and sizes of all types of racks
