Our Pickup & Delivery Service will bring a loaner vehicle to your home, work, or anywhere nearby and bring your vehicle to the dealership to perform services. When your vehicle is ready, we’ll return it to you.
Service Pickup and Delivery Driver,
Here at J.C. Lewis Motor Company, we are actively seeking someone to join our Service Pickup and Delivery team. We are growing and are looking for the right person to join us in our expansion. The ideal person for this position must have dealership experience and great customer service skills. If this describes you, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure loaner vehicle is clean before leaving the dealership
- Speaking/Engaging with customers to review loaner vehicle policies, vehicle walk arounds, collecting customer information, reviewing loaner agreements and loaner vehicle check ins.
- Making sure loaner vehicles are serviced regularly, when needed
- Working with service department managers on loaner vehicle availability
