Job Summary

Voodoo Brewing Company is now building our culinary team for our upcoming North Shore location in Pittsburgh, PA. We are looking for reliable and commendable culinary and food service employees who are hardworking, level-headed, creative, and eager to learn. There will be opportunities for growth and development.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to Kitchen Manager and Assistant Kitchen Manager.
• Stocks and sets up kitchen stations.
• Prepares food, including cleaning and cutting the ingredients, and cooking main dishes, appetizers, and snacks.
• Plates foods based on the Culinary Director's guidance.
• Works with the front-of-house staff to ensure that orders are communicated and delivered properly.
• Works closely with the Culinary Director to ensure that the food program is living up to expectations and standards.
• Washes, cleans, and properly stores kitchen and cooking utensils and equipment.
• Ensures that kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
