This is a casual position and we are offering a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment).

The Production Assistant prepares all salads, baked goods, puts away dry stock, helps maintain cooler/freezer stock and sanitation and assists the cook(s) in meal production as assigned. These food items are served to the Residents and Staff plus and at special function events as requested.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Required completion food service and food handling (ServeSafe).

Shift: Varies Typical Work Hours: Every other weekend; 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
