How You’ll Shine:
The Food & Beverage Supervisor will supervise a team of Food and Beverage associates including cooks, bartenders, cashiers, etc. and will step in when shifts need covered. This role will be exposed to the daily operations of the Food & Beverage outlets for the resort. This Food and Beverage Supervisor will assist in the following: staffing, inventory controls, compliance, guest services, and employee relations. This role will confirm that all food handling processes are followed at all times along with kitchen safety standards and will perform daily inspections of product and service. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will monitor cashier banks and ensure proper cash handling practices are followed and oversee the proper entering and coding of all invoices and inventory information when food items are received. Of course, we are taking care of our guest and owners while performing this job as well.

What You’ll Bring:
Current local State Health & Alcohol certifications including food handling and OSHA.
Cash handling experience.
Knowledge of kitchen equipment.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
1 year of Food and Beverage supervision experience.
