Summary
Frolik Kitchen+Cocktails is an award winning rooftop restaurant and bar located in the Motif Seattle, a Destination by Hyatt hotel in downtown Seattle. Frolik shakes up the traditional approach to Regional American cuisine by adding a signature PNW flair to each dish, exposing the Seattle dining scene to a fresh way to mingle, socialize and amuse the senses.
We are currently seeking a F&B Operations Manager to join our team!
The Food and Beverage Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing Banquets, Frolik Kitchen+Cocktails, In-Room Dining, and any other Food or Beverage related areas operated by Motif Seattle.

Qualifications
- Three years or more of progressive hotel F&B experience (preferably with Hyatt)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience implementing new F&B concepts
- Requires full flexibility, ability to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule
- Desire to understand, anticipate, and satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in general computer knowledge, including a working knowledge of point of sale systems and Microsoft Suite
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong food and beverage (wine, spirits and beer) knowledge
- Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, and effective in providing exceptional customer service and associate relations
