Job Description:

We are looking for a talented individual with dispatch experience to join our team and train to become the Weekend Dispatcher for our floral deliveries all over the greater Los Angeles area. Your role is critical to ensure our customers have the best experience they've had with any florist, ever.

This is an onsite position at our Los Angeles Pico Robertson area location.

Currently seeking only persons available and preferring to work both days each weekend.

Additional days are available at your preference, you can choose to work Thursday thru Monday if you're wanting full time or do just weekends if that's best for you.

Dispatch at our florist takes into consideration the before and after time requests from our customers and works closely with drivers to consider their schedules and preferences and make sure the flowers are delivered on time in the most efficient routes possible.

Our fleet of refrigerated vans deliver all over the city in morning and afternoon routes so your report time to the office would generally be 8am and most dispatch is completed by about 3:30pm then the dispatcher usually spends a little time pre-planning for the next day.

Successful applicants will possess:

Prior dispatch experience is desired, but not necessary. If you have a knack for puzzle solving and logic, you may be the perfect candidate even if you've never been in a dispatch role.

Customer service experience, telephone work and typing experience will be viewed positively. While we can teach you everything you need to know, fresh floral experience a plus.
