Stonewood Products is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and energetic individual to work in our Mashpee location who will specialize in the sales of our beautiful flooring products and accessories!

No industry background required, but must love sales and be willing to learn.

Ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, is proficient on a computer and likes creating and maintaining relationships.

Sales duties include selling, customer service and answering phones. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Recommend items that match customer needs
• Welcome and greet customers
• Manage point-of-sale processes
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• General administrative duties
• Follow all companies policies and procedures

Skills

• Proven working experience in sales
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• Basic administration skills
• Outgoing, engaging personality
• Strong organization skills

This is a base plus sales commission position so earning potential depends on you! Hard working, outgoing and sales focused individuals will be highly successful in this position!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
