Flexo Press Operator (2nd or 3rd Shift) - $2,000 Sign On Bonus

Tailored Label Products, a top supplier of customized labels, has nationwide recognition as a next generation manufacturing facility with innovative equipment and processes. With over thirty years in business, TLP uses its creativity to custom engineer and provide unique, performance label products and specialized adhesive solutions.

The Press Operator position requires the ability to work both independently and on a team, in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have the required skills and experience as well as strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Gather correct materials, inks, dies and plates needed to run job
• Set up and run press
• Perform product checks
• Maintain press
• Mix ink and match colors
• Package finished products off press
• Performs other duties as required

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of printing experience
• Competent math and computer skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Quality minded with strict attention to detail
