Raymond West is looking for a Fleet Analyst to join our winning team! The Raymond West Fleet Analyst monitors the status and utilization of Rental and CFPM equipment in order to control costs and ensure profitability of the Rental Department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Controls repair activity on all Rental and CFPM equipment, to include forklifts, batteries, chargers and related items.
Approves major repairs on Rental and CFPM equipment according to established labor and parts cost guidelines.
Reviews all work orders relating to repairs on Rental and CFPM equipment to ensure accuracy
Reviews work orders generated against Sales and Used Equipment for appropriate labor charges and parts usage.
Ensures profitability of individual Rental units by continually monitoring repair and service costs versus unit income and NBV (Net Book Value).
Attaches transport costs, internal and external, to unit operating costs according to accepted metrics
Monitors iTrack activity for National Account equipment; resolves issues that may arise concerning iTrack
Oversees revenues and costs of re-rent equipment; resolves invoice disputes involving re-rent equipment
Determines productive service life of rental equipment based on utilization and repair costs; decides when units should be removed from rental service
Directs rental utilization to maximize use of financed versus older equipment
Performs special projects involving cost analysis versus customer utilization of rental equipment as directed
Locates and publishes locations of Rental equipment that is involved in Raymond factory update campaigns.

Familiarity with all types of equipment Raymond Material Handling Solutions, Inc. sells and services.

Proficiency in understanding EBS program, or similar program (with respect to monitoring work orders)

Thorough knowledge of all equipment that RHSI rents and services.

Able to conduct training sessions and conferences.

Able to work in conjunction with other departments as needed.

Must have the ability to communicate and interface closely with employees, customers, vendors, and management team

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associates Degree (AA) from two-year college or university; five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Level 2 Certified preferred; or previous related technical supervisory experience.

Minimum of 3 years of field experience or related industry experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Current, valid, unrestricted California driver license with no more than the allowable level of points on record.

DRESS CODE
Appropriate professional business attire per company policy.

NORMAL HOURS
Weekdays (Monday through Friday), 8am to 5pm (or variable as required). May be requested to work overtime and weekends when the business needs arise.

Pay Range:
$46K-$70K
