We are actively recruiting candidates to take part in a Management Fast-Track Program being launched here in our Northern NJ Market. We are looking for Future General Managers and Assistant General Managers due to our explosive growth in the New Jersey Region.

Candidates must be Passionate for Fitness, Sales, Marketing, Self Motivated and Disciplined, Well Organized, and Looking for Career Advancement with LA Fitness.

Team Players Requirements and Responsibilities

-Meet productivity goals through "VCLASS" to achieve weekly, monthly and yearly objectives.

-Generate personal contacts, business contacts along with daily appointments to tour our facility from your marketing efforts.

-Provide awareness within the local community on what LA Fitness has to offer as well as the ability to create a sense of urgency in becoming apart of our member base.

-Exceptional external marketing and relationship building through our community out reach program.

- Demonstrate a positive attitude and ensure management along with team members are providing the highest level of customer service, cleanliness by our club pride practice and financial performance

Making calls, collecting leads, setting appointments, taking tours, running fitness assessments. Shadow the General Manage Managing reports and profit margins.

Qualifications and Skills

Knowledge of standard office procedures and computer software.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to utilize new techniques and ideas imperative.

- Ability to effectively communicate exceptions to staff and create a winning culture.

-Ideal candidate will be passionate, knowledgeable, and have a personal commitment to health and should have great interpersonal skills, confidence, positive attitude, great work ethic, passion for fitness, sales and marketing experience.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

•Position is full-time (This position requires 40 hours worked each week.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $24.00 per hour
