The Appleton YMCA is seeking associates for the Lower Lobby Desk & Men’s and Women’s Fitness Centers/Locker Room Supervision. Associate will provide customer service to all Y members, answer phone calls, direct questions, etc.

Responsibilities also include:

• Perform basic cleaning and disinfecting of lower lobby area, as well as the respective Men's/Women’s Fitness Center/Locker Rooms.
• Provide member service at the lower lobby desk, including answer questions, giving directions, checking out equipment, scheduling massage appointments and troubleshooting member concerns.
• Handling all laundry duties including, washing, drying and folding of laundry.

Shift Openings; Indicated with the shift is the location of the Locker Room the Staff Member is needed in:

• Mondays NOON – 4:00 PM (Female)
• Tuesdays 8:00 AM - NOON (Female)
• Wednesdays NOON – 5:00 PM (Male)
• Thursdays 4:00 – 9:00 PM (Male)
• Saturdays 7:00 AM – NOON (Male)
• Sundays 7:00 AM – NOON (Male)

Locker Room/Lower Lobby Associates are required to have strong communication skills, and previous customer service experience is preferred. Additionally, the Lower Lobby Staff must possess and exhibit the core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility in all aspects of their work with the YMCA. Will train the right candidate.
