At Barron, our Fireplace Installation Technician will:

  • Be capable of climbing on roof top structures and into attic/crawl spaces
  • Diligently follow scheduling, installation, quality control and customer service procedures
  • Provide customers with well communicated layouts. Installs and equipment information
  • Be prepared to offer and execute innovative solutions to installations challenges
  • Meet and beat job installation target hours
  • Return all calls same day to manager, coordinator, and customers
  • Keep work vehicles neat, clean, washed and inventory up to date
  • Maintain personal appearance per company policy
  • Immediately report any relevant issues regarding compliance, safety, or legality to supervisor
  • Participate in assigned meetings, sales, and development programs
  • Provide and receive constant positive coaching and feedback
  • Exhibit a “Team Barron” attitude

Minimum Required Experience & Qualifications:
  • 2+ years fireplace installation experience required
  • Experience working with hand tools and power tools
  • Valid Washington State Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Pre-employment drug screening
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States

Compensation
  • $22.00-$30.00 Hourly; DOE
  • Full Time
  • Annual cost of living adjustments
