Italian Jewelry Boutique is an Italian fine multibrand jewelry retailer. It is a concept store that carries a mix of high-end luxury jewelry brands exclusively made in Italy. The Beverly Hills is the first location of this expanding elevated Italian jewelry shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to grow with the company and take on additional responsibilities as the business expands. We look forward to hearing from you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage in person and online clients in a friendly manner assisting with the day-to-day sales and ensuring the highest level of customer service throughout the store and online with boutique manager’s expectations.
• Improve every sale, and bring new clients to the business.
• Open and close the boutique as required, including weekends and holidays.
• Manage inventory with accuracy and precision ensuring its safety at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize product displays.
• Create content for boutique’s social media platforms.
• Provide excellent customer service, which includes greeting customers and offering them a selection of beverages and foods, including coffee, wine and cheese when appropriate.
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in fine jewelry retail sales with sales volume track.
• Ability to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the store and its merchandise at all times; adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to security and safety, whether communicated orally or in writing.
• Understanding of the value and fragility of fine jewelry merchandise and the necessary precautions to be taken to ensure their safety during transportation, storage, and handling.
• Ability to create content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok and Twitter.
• Common sense and initiative.
• Strong knowledge and passion of the luxury industry with fashion sensitivity consistent with the brands held in the boutique.
• Availability to work on weekends.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple complex, time sensitive situations while remaining calm, cool and collected.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
