Inquiry Support Specialists
Location: O’Fallon, MO
Duration: 6 Months Contract
On-Site from Day 1
Must have skills: Customer Service Desk Mindset, Finance Background and Process Documentation / writing experience

Responsibilities:
Client is looking for Inquiry Support Specialists for their Finance Help Desk team to deliver an excellent customer experience through timely and accurate inquiry resolution.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, and a natural problem solver.
Provide timely resolution to internal employees and external suppliers on inquiries in the Procure-to-Pay space, including Corporate Travel and Purchasing Cards, Purchase Orders, Invoices and Payments.
Escalate complex cases when appropriate.
Have a continuous improvement mindset and apply learnings to implement process
improvements. Identify opportunities to grow our self-service documentation and ultimately drive down volumes with Tier 0 support.
Update the knowledge base to ensure our standard operating procedures are up to date.
Become a subject matter expert for the team, provide advance technical and subject matter support, and assist in training new team members.
Required technical skills:
Customer Service Desk Mindset (listening, acknowledging, updating, documenting, communicating, troubleshooting, collaborating, staying solution oriented.)
Finance Background (P2P, Order to Collect, Accounting, Other Services)
Process Documentation / writing experience

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
