Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30a - 5p

The Financial Services Technician - Cash Receipts responsibles include the following:
Receives and accounts for all monetary payments to the agency, including making a determination of the appropriate account to which the revenue should be posted.
Enters and updates client and financial data in the agency automated billing/reimbursement system.
Prepares deposits, posts to automated ledger and journal, prepares/runs related financial reports and summaries.
Explains charges, accounts, and insurance reimbursements to clients.

Requirements: High School Diploma with experience in accounting or bookkeeping. At least one (1) year experience in automated computer based system. Some experience in a public behavioral health care environment preferred.
The selected candidate must successfully pass a criminal history fingerprint background investigation, Child Registry search, drug screening test and employment reference checks.
