Financial Senior Specialist – M&A exp. – Japanese Bilingual

An international manufacturer is seeking a qualified Financial Senior Specialist who has 10+ year of financial experience. M&A and Preparation of US consolidated financial statements experience is a must. Japanese bilingual is a must.

This company has been around for more than 80 years and they just acquired one company and growing!

Location: near Santa Ana, CA

Salary: $100-120K/yr but DOE (negotiable)

Business Hour: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Summary

Participate in the internal control project, assist the CFO in project management and decision-making, advise on improvements to Sales, Logistic, and Accounting operations, and promote post-M&A operation PMI with the CFO.

Principal tasks (not limited to and subject to change)

• Progress management of internal control project, coordination of schedules and other matters with internal and consulting companies
• Support for improvement through rule formulation and documentation for Sales, Logistic, and accounting operations
• Establishment of structure for accounting audit, guidance support for each department
• Post-M&A operation PMI with the CFO (Preparation of US consolidated financial statements, etc.)
• Other CFO support

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree is a must
• 10 year+ experience in Finance
• M&A and PMI (post-merger integration) experience is a must
• Language – English, Japanese bilingual (speak, read and write)
• Communication skills
• Able to work in a friendly manner while cooperating with other departments and customers
• Problem discovery ability (able to discover and solve problems proactively rather than passively)
• Computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, Net Suite preferred but trainable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
