We are currently searching for a dynamic Full-Time Financial Sales Phone Banker (_Hybrid Remote- Work from home option after a 3-6 month onsite training estimate) _to join our Credit Union family.

In this position you will:

  • Meet/Exceed monthly product/service one team one goal in support of department’s scorecard goals
  • Assist the department by providing peer coaching when requested
  • Lead sit and save activities, meetings and/or be a team lead for departmental competitions
  • Effectively cultivate personalized financial solutions, by interacting with members on how to utilize its benefits and features, providing the WOW experience
  • Answer phones courteously and promptly
  • Expeditiously research and resolve member concerns/issues within scope of accountability
  • Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and expeditiously
  • Assist member with in-depth loan information in compliance with credit union policy
  • Educate members regarding available consumer, real estate and business loan products. Take applications, determine approval and disburse as appropriate; submit application for further review if immediate approval is not possible based upon credit union lending guidelines
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

To be considered you will need:

  • Two year college degree preferred
  • Two years experience in a position in a related field, with similar responsibilities preferred
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent required
  • Exceptional communication and member service skills, proven in day-to-day interactions on the job
  • Computer literate in PC based applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Interpersonal communication skills and a demonstrated aptitude for service
  • Effective oral and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.50 per hour

This job can be either onsite in our Pembroke Pines office or fully remote or hybrid. We offer flexibility. Training may need to be onsite but we offer flexibility.
