We are currently looking for a Financial & Sales Analyst to join our team. This position’s primary responsibilities are to support consolidated operating and financial reporting including monthly, quarterly, annual financial reports, annual operating plans and long-term financial plans, strategic business reviews, direct support of new initiatives, support of M&A activities, support of sales reporting/analytics, and various ad hoc projects for a leading IT/Cyber Security Managed Services Provider.

Your day-to-day as Financial & Sales Analyst:

• Support the annual budget and periodic forecasts for the company in partnership with Director of Finance and Leadership team
• Manage sales reporting/analytics for Chief Revenue Officer including tracking new sales, pipeline, sales team performance, etc.
• Support M&A process from end-to-end with Director of Finance including company valuations, due-diligence, financial projections, etc.
• Prepare quarterly board pack and associated analyses
• Provide variance analysis of monthly financial results across all statements (P&L, BS, CF)
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, headcount, and capital expenditures.
• Contribute to the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
• Ad-hoc financial analysis to support corporate initiatives in cost management, profitability analysis, and other special projects.
• Support building out operational key performance indicator tracking and analysis to support operations leadership
• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.

Your Skills and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance, Economics or Accounting
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting and variance analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (working knowledge of Pivot tables, Vlookup, etc.) and Powerpoint (building management-level presentations)
