This opportunity also gives the chosen Financial Planning and Analysis Manager the opportunity to be an instrumental consultant for their current software system implementation. The role includes a mix of working at the company headquarters and remotely.
salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per yearshift: First

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, forecasting, budgeting, modeling analytical, and consolidation activities for a company that is currently at approximately $30 million and focuses on serving clients within thought leadership and innovation initiatives
- Develop consistent cadence of 1, 3, and 5 year forecast updating to continually monitor and restate financial plans
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operating reports
- Create financial schedules, dashboards, and executive reporting
- Analyze financial results, trends, and key business drivers
- Prepare sales, revenue and deferred revenue reporting
- Calculate, track and report sales commissions
- Prepare cash flow projects
- Lead the implementation of new budgeting/reporting software system as we ll as new billing software systems
- Develop financial analysis, modeling, and reporting to support new products, lines of business, and business ventures
- Supervise, train, and coach Financial Analysts
