What we are looking for:
Grammer is looking for a FP&A Analyst (Financial Planning and Analysis) to join our location in Toledo, OH. We are looking for a Financial Analyst to perform business specific Financial Planning & Analysis activities. The person will work with business partners on delivering reporting and financial analysis. Helping the businesses in the decision making process, supporting them by providing data analysis and business insight.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, and will be passionate about process improvements. This individual will be working within the finance organization and other functional groups to find ways to cut out non-value added tasks and streamline reporting. This person will be comfortable working with cross-functional teams, while demonstrating strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate must have superior attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.

What you will be doing/key responsibilities:
· Reporting on standard reports for month end, forecasts, budgets, working capital, business outlook and KPI’s
· Working to data mine information for ad-hoc requests
· Working with the U.S., Germany, Mexico and Brazil teams to gather information and streamline reporting
· Working directly with the finance organization but will also have touch points with the other functional groups as it relates to gathering data and reporting
· Will be assigned projects for process improvement
· Will report directly to the CFO
Technical Skills
· 3 – 5 years experience in accounting roles
· Understanding of the general ledger, working capital and FCF
· Experience with FP&A a plus
· JBA and SAP experience a plus
· Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
· Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
