What you'll be doing:

Oversee Accounting Function

• Work with bookkeeping firm to manage day to day bookkeeping, and manage AR & AP
• Ensure coding of all income and expenses is in line with industry standards and meets management reporting requirements
• Work with external organization to manage payroll

Oversee billing

• Work with billing specialist(s) to ensure timely billing
• Help improve tooling
• Refine & monitor billing audit processes in conjunction with other departments

Financial Analysis

• As a part of the management team, ensure financial reporting standards meet the needs of the business
• Create annual budget in conjunction with other departments
• Conduct financial analysis to assist with pricing decisions & packaging optimization

Financial Reporting

• Create & maintain financial projections (3 year rolling)
• Develop financial package for board meetings

What we're looking for:

• The ability to work independently and experience leading a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to blend day to day accounting with strategic financial analysis
• The ability to understand the business and align financial goals with the needs of the business
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Experience leading a team in a SaaS company in an accounting related function
• The ability and desire to be a part of the leadership team of a startup company
