Financial Analyst - Hybrid Schedule - Pet Friendly Office!

Growing finance team is looking for a strong Financial Analyst to join. Ideal candidates will have a background with forecast modeling and analytical skills with the desire to grow their skillset. Pay is $70k-$75k depending on experience + bonus!

Responsibilities:

• Financial analyses to measure financial performance, explain variances to budget and forecast along business trends
• Budgeting, profitability analysis, forecasting and improving inefficiencies
• Assist with the development of forecast modeling, dashboards
• Assist with M&A data
• Ensure compliance with external and internal accounting standards
• Collaborate with team to develop enhanced analytics
• Identify areas for streamlining and process improvement
• Present and explain findings to executive leadership and across business units

Qualifications:

• 0-2+ years of financial analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Intermediate Excel required, Access and major ERP preferred
• Experience with modeling tools such as PowerBI, MicroStrategy
• Thorough understanding of P&L, Financial Analysis and business trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work on an evolving team with adaptability and problem solving
