Provides project and analytical support for brand, regional, customer, and national account groups within the sales channels. Position will interface between all internal Elkay departments and reps.

OUTPUTS:

• Monitor financial performance on a regular basis, analyze variances, understand business drivers, and identify opportunities to impact results
• Monitor and track operating expense trends including capital spending and ROI
• Assist in financial forecasting and budgeting
• Works with the full Elkay product portfolio across channels.
• Provides reporting and analysis to support the channel needs
• Assist with monthly Business Review preparation
• Perform analysis or support cross functional projects
• Supports ad hoc channel specific initiatives as needed

Position break-down:

• Customer/channel support activities (50%-60%)
• Financial forecasting/budgeting/reporting activities (30%-35%)
• Other ad-hoc projects (5%-10%)

QUANTITATIVE REQUIREMENTS:

• BA/BS required plus 0-2 years experience.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and database skills, MS Office, Essbase, Hyperion Planning, Oracle or equivalent ERP
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once and prioritize
• Process driven with ability to think critically
• Ability to work independently & take initiative while collaborating with remote business partners
• Must be proficient in data gathering and analysis tools to create meaningful reports with ability to draw conclusions & problem solve.

Pay: $50,667.86 - $113,697.78 per year
