Financial Analyst primary job duties include but not limited to:
- Assist in preparing various company financial summaries
- Review detail in specific expense accounts to locate opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and review departmental financial analysis reports
- Provide support in preparing monthly invoices to our partners
- Be familiar with billing contracts
- Provide audit support to partners and assist in monthly reconciliations
- Assist with creating and analyzing budgets
- Query reports from Oracle and other company databases
- Assist in periodic DOT reporting
- Provide support in creating and reporting operational statistics
- Oversee fuel procurement and applicable contracts
- Manage relationships with fuel suppliers and Fixed Based Operator’s (FBO)
- Ensure a quality fuel operation is setup for new markets
- Assist as needed with the fuel cost accounting
- Assist in the monthly revenue calculation for ground handling
- Invoice and provide supporting documentation to ground handling partners
- Calculation of rates for new markets and market renewals
- Be familiar with fuel and ground handling contracts
- Provide support for internal and external auditing
- Assist with strategic analysis
- Create efficiency in current and new processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
- Experience in financial analysis
- Strong efficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to prioritize and multi-task effectively
- Strong organizational skill
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
