SIGN ON BONUS! Silgan Closures is seeking an on-site FINANCIAL ANALYST at our Corporate Headquarters in Downers Grove, IL to support our operations management and manufacturing Plants.

As a Financial Analyst, here's what you’ll do:

· Prepare monthly financial reports including variance analysis, highlight issues and work with the individual plant controllers to identify significant variances between and forecast/budget results.

· Consolidate, review and track forecasts.

· Assist in the development of the annual operating budget.

· Represent Finance on key cross functional initiatives, working to resolve and improve upon common issues.

· Assist in developing quotes for the commercial team.

To be a succesful Financial Anlayst, here's what you need:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; or equivalent in experience.

· Minimum one (1) years related experience.

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

· Strong organizational and negotiating skills.

· Analytical skills problem solving and account reconciliation.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
