Job description

Our ideal candidate will assist with trading activities, investment reporting and tracking, billing, and additional duties that revolve around client management. While this is not an entry-level position, it is an opportunity to learn the Legacy Capital Wealth Management business from the ground up, with future advancement potential based on performance and professional development roles.

Responsibilities

Reporting

• Envestnet, Black Diamond, and various Alternative Investments
• Generate and review client quarterly reports
• Scan and file alternative investment and held-away account statements that we receive for clients
• Build client profiles in our reporting system for newly onboarded clients
• Ensure existing client’s reporting website has correct layout and accuracy
• Create customized reports for select clients and send to them on necessary frequency

Assist advisors with:

• MoneyGuide plan creation and maintenance
• Creation of client/prospect meeting materials and review packets
• Creation of investment proposals per advisor’s direction
• Creation of custom reporting as needed
• Serve in a technical/supporting role in client meetings as needed

Outside Accounts/401k

• Assist with trading, reporting, and billing for accounts on Pontera platform
• Generate Kwanti reports and analysis as directed by Chief Investment Officer

Billing

• Perform quarterly billing functions (including tracking) for advisory clients
• Perform ad-hoc and mid-quarter billing as needed (weekly)

Qualifications

Experience

• College degree or 2+ years experience in the wealth management industry
• Wealth management experience is strongly preferred

Skills:

• Comprehensive knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, Internet Navigation, and other computer functions
• Attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Efficient and organized with the ability to prioritize workload with limited supervision
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
