Job description
Neighbors Credit Union is looking for just the right person: a high quality, passionate, motivated, successful Financial Advisor needed to sell comprehensive investment and wealth management solutions to credit union members. NCU is a growing, non-for-profit, full-service financial institution with 10 branches and 400M in total assets. The marketplace is very competitive and you must be able to find new business through various channels inside and outside of the organization in order to grow the 25M current book of business and add to the 45k member count.
You will be expected to close business in a two/three call sales cycle where prospects will be resistance to change. Hunting/farming, qualifying, consultative and closing sales skills are a must. You must excel at building relationships and converting networking connections into members. Also, you must be great at asking questions, have great sales empathy, and care about helping people make a decision that is in their own best interest. You will face high pressure to succeed and produce best in class results while being closely managed. Requirements:
- 2 years of Financial Advisor experience
- 2 years of sales experience preferred
- Must have current Series 7 and 66 Securities Registration
- Must have current Life and Health License
