We are looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager for our St. Louis Markets.
Duties:
- Works with all finance partners (Wells Fargo, etc) to create finance offers/packages that best serve the Bath Planet clientele.
- Interfaces with internal sales representatives to support their in-home sales efforts.
- Finance Manager will have an intimate understanding of the digital sales tools (Leap) and CRM (Lead Perfection) programs, as those tools process the finance deals and track the deals as they are sold/financed.
- Follow financed deals through the entire sales process to ensure that clients understand their finance terms and obligations.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure that all sales contracts are complete and that the financing portion of the deals are approved prior to orders being placed with the factory.
- Finance Manager will proactively track the accounts receivable to make sure that all monies are being collected in a timely manner, and also to identify any potential issues with collecting from certain clients.
- Perform basic administrative duties as required in an office setting.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing managers, and the Director of Operations to ensure that the finance options being offered to clients have the highest possible chance of being approved in order to maximize BathPlanet's in-home sales revenue. Finance Manager will provide weekly reports to the team covering the total number of deals financed, the volume of deals that were not approved and provide an explanation as to why, and make suggestions for how to continuously improve the overall closing percentage of finance deals for all offices/locations.
