Job description
The ideal candidate will have experience leading the implementation of Cloud Financial modules from EBS, aligning key deliverables and milestone metrics, and delivering comprehensive business solutions to clients. As a key member of our motivated team, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers and consultants to develop, plan and implement Cloud solutions across our growing practice.
Responsibilities:
· As an Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Architect, you will be the leader for the core financials foundations track for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
· You will work with customers to deliver charts of accounts and enterprise structure workshops.
· Work with other financial track leads from accounts payable, accounts receivable, assets, cash management, and accounting hub tracks.
· You will understand the customer business processes and document them.
· Design and deliver the solutions to customers using process playbacks, walk through the configurations and confirm the solutions, manage the test cycles and help customers transition to the Oracle Fusion platform
· As a senior-level position, provide the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.
· Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
· Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations.
· Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions.
- Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology
Qualification:
· 10+ years of Oracle ERP Finance and 2+ years of Oracle Fusion General Ledger, Oracle Fusion Payables, Oracle Fusion Receivables, Oracle Assets and Oracle Cash Management implementation skills
· Understand the new features in Oracle Fusion Cloud vs EBS
· Must understand the accounting concepts very well
· Excellent knowledge of chart of accounts, enterprise structure, intercompany, allocations, consolidation, and eliminations
· Ability to configure, debug and solution journal approvals using business process management
· Understand the integration between sub-ledger modules and Fusion General Ledger
· Ability to debug and solve period close issues
· Generate financial reports using Oracle Smart View
· Fully understand the Fusion Financials security
· Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud Certification is preferred
