Roles & Responsibilities

  • FileNet 8/DataCap production support and enhancements
  • Client Facing
  • Collaborate with the end-user community in the creation of business requirements or resolving issues
  • Create technical specifications as required
  • Manage and/or mentor less experienced team members
  • Other duties as assigned

Core Requirements

  • Bachelors in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field (foreign equivalent acceptable) and five years of progressively responsible or a Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field (foreign equivalent acceptable)
  • Three plus years of experience in Information Technology with skills analysis, supporting/development and development and design on DataCap OCR technology and FileNet P8 (CE, PE, and AE) BPM & ECM products and Java/J2EE Technologies.
  • Three plus years of experience with IBM DataCap development for Classification & Data lifting
  • Understands the sense of urgency in resolving incidents and communicating appropriately with the Client.
  • Datacap and FileNet products & various versions of these software products.
  • Experience in content and workflow management solutions using IBM/FileNet products such as FileNet P8, Data Cap, business process manager (BPM), and Enterprise Content Manager (ECM).
  • Proficient in FileNet/Data Cap
    • Functional analysis and business requirement design
    • Technical Design
    • Developing/Testing(Unit, System Integration, and User Acceptance Testing
    • Implementation to production
  • Experience in FileNet WAT Framework
  • Experience in FileNet workflow design
  • Knowledge of FileNet Capture
  • Knowledge of FileNet Records Manager
  • Familiar with IBM Case Manager
  • Experience in Core Java, JDBC, Servlet, JSP and J2EE
  • Experience in leading the software development team for delivery in Agile, Water Fall or Hybrid methodologies.
  • A Plus: Experience working with multiple types of applications
  • A Plus: Retail Experience
  • Plus other technical expertise in distribution applications – Windows, Oracle, etc.
