Compensation Range: Base = $16.00 to $18 per hour plus overtime

Reico Kitchen and Bath is seeking a Field Service Technician who can perform scheduled installation services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Understand how to do business with builder segment.
• Reasonable understanding of building codes, basic construction and proper cabinet installation methods.
• Working knowledge of all Reico products and understands how those products should be installed.
• Report to jobsites at assigned dates and times.
• Follow all safety procedures at jobsite.
• Measure kitchens carefully before materials are ordered and double check for errors.
• Draw out kitchen layout on sub-flooring when needed.
• Identify, evaluate and resolve issues that will interfere with installation of our products.
• Make corrections on floor plans if necessary and review any and all changes to plans with Project Coordinator.
• Keep schedule and meet with job superintendents to review issues with framing, plumbing location or any other issues that will affect the kitchen install.
• Participate in subcontractor jobsite meetings as held by job superintendent.
• Walk houses after installation in order to evaluate quality of installation and report information back to Project Coordinator, Installer and Job Superintendent.
• Identify installation problems, find solutions and follow up consistently to ensure timely and full completion of work.
• Responsible for occasional installation of product and/or field repairs to include but not limited to minor touch up, bumper replacement, hinge adjustment and hardware installation as needed to complete our obligations to finish the job.

Required travel between Williamsburg and Richmond areas is mandatory for this role. Our ideal candidate should have some experience taking actual measurement's during builder business and the ability to draw kitchen and bath layouts, good usage of various hand tools and transportation that can carry the necessary materials and equipment.
