We have an excellent opportunity in the
Human Resources Department for a full-time
Field Recruiter based in the Bay Area (Northern California). The Field Recruiter is responsible for coordinating and supporting the store recruiting and staffing activities in the Bay /Peninsula Area, which includes recruiting, identifying and screening potential Store Associates, as well as performing duties that help build the staffing levels of our stores in the Bay Area.
General Responsibilities
- Work with Store, Division and Regional Managers in the Bay/Peninsula Area to assist them in meeting their staffing needs and managing their recruitment process.
- Developing applicant sources and advertising/posting positions on job boards
- Utilizing TALENT to identify and screen candidates
- Scheduling and conducting group and first round interviews
- Recommending and implementing staffing strategies specific to the Bay Area’s needs
- Conducting community visits and distributing recruitment materials
- Participating in job fairs and hiring events
- Manage pre-employment screening
- Assisting with staffing needs of new stores in the Bay Area
- Collecting, reviewing and reporting staffing metrics
Work Schedule
Full-time, Exempt
Normally works Monday through Friday, however many duties require working occasional weekends
Majority of time (90%) is spent on recruiting activities in the Stores, Schools, and Community facing opportunities in the Bay Area
Salary Range $64,500 - $70,000
The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.
Qualifications
- Store management experience required (4th manager and above)level and above
- Must reside in the Bay Area and be able to commute/travel throughout the area as needed.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field a plus
- Minimum (2) years recruitment and interviewing experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; Apply good judgment in decision making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills and strong human relations skills
- Creative problem solving abilities and outstanding organizational skills
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills
- Strong computer proficiency; Excellent in MS Office applications
- Experience working with TALENT a strong plus
